To nurture and develop talent through professional training programs, and to prepare club teams (such as "Storms Abu Dhabi" and "Theebs Al Ain") to compete strongly in various championships.

Objectives
Expanding the base: Spreading the culture of ice hockey, skiing, and all winter sports in the emirate. Supporting athletes: Providing a nurturing environment and athlete development programs, and building a new generation of certified champions. Partnerships: Strengthening community and sports collaborations to support the progress of clubs and federations.
